Mentors TECHNOLOGY TRAINING PLATFORM

Registering is for companies or organizations that wish to digitally mentor youth or children using HIPSTER or request sponsorship. This platform is a new bespoke software called HIPSTER designed for Harambee Interactive People Sharing Technology for Equity and Respect. In order to access HIPSTER on behalf of a mentorship company or mentorship group, all mentors must work for the same existing company or formulate a new group business structure (non-legal). A mentorship group/company must have at least 1 mentor and 1 child/youth.

If the mentorship company is the same as the sponsoring company, the mentoring company must authorize their use of the HIPSTER mentorship by paying sponsorship fees. If the mentorship company is NOT the same as the sponsoring company, then the staff of Harambee Interactive will match sponsorship fees paid by the sponsoring company to children/youth inside of mentoring companies. Either way, sponsors are designated in the PARTNERS of a mentoring company account.

Mentors can use the HIPSTER tool for digital mentorship. Sponsors, after payment, can assign TRACKS TO YOUTH OR CHILDREN to be performed during this Harambee-IE and assist mentors with those children/youth on their TRACK toward completion. These TRACKS are designed to enhance and demonstrate the skillsets of those children/youth during their workshops, office hours, and mentorship sessions to the community and the sponsors.

DIRECTIONS

Enter data under PRIMARY BUDDY section (presidents, owners, CEO, CFO, CIO, etc.). Make SURE to input different usernames and passwords for each person.
Click the ADD button to add PRIMARY BUDDY data to LIST.
Repeat 2 and 3 for all PRIMARY BUDDY. Click NEXT.
Enter data for FECONDARY BUDDY section. Make SURE to input different usernames and passwords for each person.
Click the ADD button to add SECONDARY BUDDY data to ECONDARY BUDDY LIST.
Repeat step 5 and 6 for all ECONDARY BUDDY. Click NEXT.
OPTIONAL: Enter data for THIRD PARTY section. Make SURE to input different usernames and passwords for each person.
OPTIONAL: Click the ADD button to add THIRD PARTY data to THIRD PARTY LIST.
OPTIONAL: Repeat step 8 and 9 for all THIRD PARTY. Click NEXT.
After the grey box appears (popup), read directions and click cancel or ok.
After clicking OK, a REGISTER button should appear.
Click the REGISTER button.
